Check this out! Find of the day!

So I was at my local Target last night in the dollar
spot and found these pretty pop up storage boxes!
They hold a ton! They measure 12 x 12 x 12, perfect
for 12 x 12 paper! Now, these were in the $2.50 section
of the dollar spot but well worth it! I'm sure like me
you all are getting "organized" after Christmas so go
out and grab some! xoxo

Christmas get together

Yesterday was such a fun day! My cheeks still hurt
from laughing sooo hard! My girlfriends and I all
got together with our kiddos to exchange gifts make
some crafts and eat good food! I have known all these
incrediable gals for 20+ years now. ( we all met in
preschool of course!) It has been so much fun with
each and everyone of them through the years and
it was so relaxing just hanging with all of them.
Pictured: Debbie, Susan, Terri, Me, Ceri - Love you girls!

Here are the kiddos: Amy, Brittanie,
Shelby, Ashley, Shaelyn, Katie and
Kelly was missing.. :(

Okay remember earlier this week
we made the Reindeer box with Bugsy
eyes! Well during the craft yesterday
the littliest Katie decided to put the eyes
in her own eyes, thus started the chain
reaction of yet again Bugsy! eyes!
This was hysterical!!!!

Still getting ready! yikes!

Still getting ready for the Bazaar on saturday!
If you are in the Woodinville area come by
and visit. It is being held at the Woodinville
High School from 9 am to 4 pm. Should be fun!
Here are some elves I made for the Bazaar
similiar to my Santa Candy Canes. xoxo

Christmas Owl

Here's a quick cute card you can make with your
kiddos! My daughter and her little friend made
these the other day. Great use of punches, and
the Big Shot. I used the large scallop die for the
wings, the large 1 3/4 circle punch for eyes. The
heart punch for the beak. And the embossing
folder for the wings. xoxo

Reindeer Tags....more bazaar

I came up with these darlins last night as
I looked around trying to decide what else
I should make for the bazaar on Saturday.
His body is made with the SU! circle cutter
set at 2 1/2 for the outer circle (brown)
the white part is 2'. The cut in half as
it will make two bodies. The head is made
with the large SU! oval punch, the ears with
the 5 petal punch and the button nose and google
eyes. The antlers are from the SU! Big Shot
die called scribble swirls. xoxo

Getting ready for Bazaar

Hi all! Here's a quick little post from the many
things I have been working on for the Bazaar next
saturday. We have all seen the York pepermint
patties done up differently. Well here they are
as a little Elf. These are really fun and quick. You
will want to punch out 2 scallop punches for the front
and back. Then a 1 3/8 punch for the head. A 3/4 punch
for the nose. A square punch for the hat, cut in half and
then the window punch for the trim on the hat. A small
flower punch for the pom pom will do and some google
eyes. Soooo cute and hopefully they all sell as I made
100 of them! Yikes! xoxo

Winter Table Decoration

Quick post today as the whole family is off to
Maurice Sendak's Nutcracker Ballet. For this
table decoration I have just used a wreath I
have had sitting around for the past few years.
Set it atop a charger and tray, then added 3 vintage
mason jars with candles. Very easy ladies and looks
so festive! Have a wonderful weekend! Been working
on all the items for the Holiday Bazaar next weekend,
I will post some things in the upcoming days. xoxo

Vintage day and more finds......

Today's posts are a mish mash of things. As you
have probably noticed, banners are everywhere.
Above I made this one by using chipbord letters,
vintage pictures I photo copied and attached.
I used adhesive to attach it. The really beautiful
vintage ribbon with bells on it I found at Joann's
I took silver stickles to make the silver lining around
the letters. They are attached to the ribbon with
jump hoops. Soooo pretty.....xoxo

Here's another fun find! I was out shopping and
found these minature vintage cards at TJ Maxx
for near to nothing! Love Love Love them!
I also found this adorable wooden
distressed sleigh, that I filled with
candies and wrapped with cello,
added one of those vintage cards and
wahla! Can't tell who it's for! xoxo

Fun find of the day........

I am always out on my travels looking for
fun things to decorate with or alter. Here
I found this cute tree standing 15 inches high
from the Dollar Tree! It stands on a green
wooden pedestal. Of course at only a $1, I snatched
a few of them up and tied the polka dotted ribbon
at the base and went to town decorating with them.
Of course, I love to mix vintage with whimsical at
christmas time, so these fit in just right. xoxo

Matchbox Advent Calendar

Pinch and a punch first of the month!
Also time to get out those Advent calendars
for the kiddos. Here is one I have constructed
out of the SU! Matchbox Die. You will need to
cut out 25 of them. I put all together with the
tombow adhesive. The botton layer has 9 the next
layer 7 the third layer 5 and so on. Very easy to follow,
I made mine quite simple and wrote the numbers instead
of stamping them. The matchboxes hold pretty nice
size pieces of candy so you should be able to fill her up!
Have fun creating! xoxo
