Christmas Tree Baskets

Oh I am so loving this look and trend!
Christmas tree baskets.  what a great idea!
Seems a little premature with Christmas being months away, but my creative mind starting searching ideas and trends for the season.
From what I have researched, you can actually buy them and they are cut to fit certain size trees.  Or you can buy yourself a basket and adjust it based on the size of your tree.
Check out some cute ideas below.

Sheltering Tree

Let's fall in love with fall!
All the colors, the feels, the chills and comfy sweaters and boots!

This card is made by using the Woodland embossing folder, first you take the leaves stamp from the Sheltering Tree stamp set and starting with one color at a time you will stamp the leave right on the embossing folder.  Yes, I said right on the plastic folder.  Use the side that has the writing on it.  Stamp each color of leaves.
I used Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight.
Once done carefully lay a piece of whisper white cardstock on top of the image and fold the folder over and run it through the Big Shot.  It is like magic!  The reverse image of the trees will remain white and the leaves will be behind the trees.
So fun!
Use a brown marker to draw in the brown  lines on the birch trees,

I used the "you warm my heart" from the Sheltering Tree set and stapled it to the card front before I put the card together.

Festive Phrases

Look at these creepy eyeball wrapped bubble gum.
I found the package at the Dollar tree.

I used clear boxes and filled them up with the eyeballs so that you can see them through the box and added a tag to the top of the box.

The stamp set this tag came from is the new Festive Phrases.

Acorns

The harvest is plenty!
I was in town yesterday and the Oak trees are all dropping their acorns.  Now, when you start to collect these, most have lost their little top hats.  I used a glue gun to put them back together.

Here they are before I started to put them together.
They are so stinkin cute!

Halloween Bath bombs

Here's a fun little project for you to try.
I started by purchasing some small bath bombs and plain orange napkins.   I used the stamp set from last year's Paper Pumpkin called Something Good to Eat.  I used the little pumpkin face and stamped it right on the napkin, then wrapped the bath bomb in it and tied the baker's twine in a bow.

Halloween Witch's Broom

It's a basket full of witch's brooms!
One of our stampin up demonstrators showed how to make these a few years back.  I thought it would be fun to bring them back.

See what's hiding inside?  a tootsie roll pop!
How do you make these?
Buy yourself a package of the natural coffee filters. A bag of tootsie roll pops.  Using a black sharpie, color in the whole stem of the lollipop black.  Take three of the coffee filters and fold them in half and take your scissors to cut up the filter just to the center of the filter.  Using a glue dot, put one of the end of the filter and wrap around the lollipop stem.  I added a piece of linen thread and stamped the witche's boots to the front of the broom

I'm loving getting ready for my favorite season!
