Dutch Babies

Good morning!

We've had my husband's family visiting all well which calls for lots of food on the table over here.  Big itlalian family that LOVE thier food!
And I mean every meal!
Since I've felt like I've been feeding an army I choose to surprise them with some dutch babies.
Have you ever made them?
They are so good and can be made savory or sweet.
I chose savoryto make for my guests.
I made THREE and they were gone, I included in mine;
breakfast sausage, spinach, onions, garlic salt.
The link to the recipe is below.
Just know if you decide to make a sweet one you will
just make it minus all the savory flavors to the recipe.
For the sweet alternative, add blueberries on top or raspberries
or any fruit you prefer.  Also top with devonshire, whip cream, cinnamon or syrup.  Even the savory is delish with a bit of syrup drizzled on it.
Enjoy!

White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams

Sharing with you our favorite annual pumpkin  bars
we like to make.  Super easy and so yummy!

Mix all ingredients together and transfer into
a baking dish.

These are chalked full of goodness,
white chocolate chips, pumpkin etc.

They take 30 mins to cook and super quick to mix up!
Did I say how delish they are?

Recipe
White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams
1c softened butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
2 t vanilla
1 can of canned pumpkin 15oz
2 c of flour
3 1/2 t of pumpkin pie spice
1 t of baking powder
1 t of baking soda
1/4 t salt
2 c of white chocolate chips
Mix and cream butter and sugar in bowl, add egg, vanilla and pumpkin. Combine all dry ingredients gradually adding to the creamed mixture.  Stir in chips and put batter into a greased 9 x 13" pan
Bake @ 350 for 20 mins or until the center springs back.
You can add a light frosting if you like, but these bars are so sweet I don't add any frosting.
Enjoy!!
