Design and Event set up

This took a little executing.

I used a friend's canoe to pull this off.  There are large rocks underneath the canoe as well as a plastic bin that I filled with some weights to hold it down.  I used a canvas to cover it up.

Inside the canoe I used three plastic large buckets that I also weighted down.  I used a long piece of wood the size of the canoe to create my "tabletop" once in place I used three different tablecloths to hide the buckets and give the inside of the canoe a finished look.  

Then it's just a matter of fitting the size crockpots or bowls inside the canoe.  At each end I put to large bouquets of fresh flowers.

You can see how I used baskets as well as glassware to store food and utensils in.

I also incorporated flat cookie sheets that I covered with

cotton towels to lay items on as well. 

This was so much fun to do!
