Halloween Bash

I just knew I shouldn't have opened another one of my Halloween sets!  I just couldn't help myself.
I used the new Witche's Brew Washi tape and the new Halloween Bash stamp set  and the new Basic Black Chevron ribbon. I added just a little loop of ribbon to the right side of the card.
Don't forget to washi tape your envelope too!

To use your washi tape, just start by tearing a piece off and laying it anywhere on your cardstock. Then take a stamp and layer it over the tape.  Quite an easy card and the washi tape is so much fun to use.

Toil and Trouble

I know what you thinking,  Halloween in July?  But ya'll know me by now,  I LOVE Halloween!  These treats are made with our new Toil and Trouble Halloween stamp set, ready to make it's debut for you to order on August 1st!  Don't you hate it when I tease you!
The stamp that I used and wrapped around a small piece of Twix is compatiable with our Apothecary Framelit die.  So the neat thing about that is you will stamp the image and  run it through the Big Shot to cut it out.   I punched a hole in the top after I folded around the treat.  The stamp set also contains the crow so I stamped him and dusted him with our new halloween black glitter.

Sharing......

What would convention be without a bit of swapping!  Here are a few cards I thought would be fun to share with you.  I love the idea of getting back to basic stamping. These cards here prove this!  This first one is a mix of using our MDS  (My Design Studio) and adding a few embellishments as well.  This card is by Tess Gleason.  Are you still wondering about using MDS?  I will be posting a video tomorrow for you to view.

This cards is and example of using our embossing folders and adding embellishments to finish it off.
Card by Connie Babbert

N
How beautiful and simplistic is this card!  By taking and layering your colors then adding some beautiful touches makes back to basic stamping totally fun and easy.
Card by Tiffany Bauer

Here are some more pics from convention of our amazing after party, complete with delish cupcakes, a band (and guys to dance with!) and aerial trapeze artist swaying from sheets from the ceiling!  incrediable night let me tell you!

Boutique Details Paperclips

These new In Colors are just perfect for the summer months.  Here's a fun gift you can make for Teachers, your friends, co-workers or your hostesses at your parties. I used the pretty new Boutique Detail buttons to make the cute paperclips.

I made this folder to house them in.  It is cut at 4 1/2" x 8" using the new In color 2013/15 designer series chevron paper. Once cut cut out the paper following the chevron pattern.  Add the Pistachio Pudding green to the bottom.  Then make the belly band out of the Cantaloupe Crisp cardstock, it measures 1" x 8".  Add the Cantaloupe Crisp ruffled trim to the sides.
I attached the buttons to the paper clips by using E-6000 glue.  It's permanent and very secure.  And here's what they look like inside all ready to give that someone sweet......CUTE!!!
