Tri Fold Butterfly Card

Today's card is a tri fold card.  You are going to cut your
cardstock 4  x 11 and then score at  3 1/2  and 7.  Fold up
the card and have the long end on the right.  Take your
slit punch and punch it towards the bottom of the cardstock
on the right side as you see in the photo.  Then take your
large 1 3/8 circle punch and punch out the center of the
card.  Fold up your card and slide the piece under the slit
to hold it together.  Now start decorating!   The piece of
pumpkin pie cardstock on the outside of card measures
at 4 1/4 x 4 1/4.  I used the new embosslit butterfly folder
and the Well Scripted stamp set and Sweet Pea Designer
paper.  (I've got to use it up!)  xoxo

I saw these cute bunny tags here and had to case them!
I made about 20 of these buckets!  They are filled with
pink and chocolate candy for Easter gifts.  I had the buckets
laying around for years and decided it was time to fill em up!
The designer paper is the Sweet Pea, the cardstock pink passion.
The Chocolate Bunny stamp, old olive and chocolate chip ink.

Chocolate Bunny Carrot Box

Look at these soooo cute carrots I found!  They are filled
with the candy powder the kids love.  Found at a local
dollar store......
Today's little bunny box is made with the SU! Box #2
die.  Note in the photo to cut off the two tabs.  Assemble
your box after you have stamped your grass on it.
Also take the  3/4' circle punch and punch out all three
holes for the carrots.  Stamp a chocolate bunny or whatever
other stamp you have on hand and attach to the front of the
box.  The handle is 1' x 9' and was punched with the SU! scallop
punch and lined with the white cardstock.   xoxo

Chocolate Bunny Folder

Wow this week just flew by!  Here is a cute little folder for you
to try.  You do need the SU! Big Shot Fancy Favor Die to make
this.  Punch it out as you see in the photo then cut the one end off.
You should have the remaining piece as you see above.  Take
a punch of your choice.  I have used the 1 3/8' circle punch.
Punch out your center and then fold the two sides to the back and
the bottom up and hold together with sticky strip.  Once together
you can look down the center and it will look like a pocket.
Cut a center card piece that will slide into the folder.  Mine
is cut at 2 1/2' x 3.  I attached a mini chocolate bunny.
They are the new Hershey's mini bunnies.  On the front
of the folder I have used the scallop punch to make the flower
and hand cut grass.  I also made clouds using a cloud stencil.
The butterlies are SU! and are the new embosslite folder for
the Big Shot as well. Make sure you add a ribbon to the
top of the card so that you can easily slide the card in
and out of the folder.   Let me know if you have questions,
if you need any of the dies click on the right to order them.
They can be to you in 3 days.   Have a great weekend!

Daffodil Big Shot Flower Arrangement

This one's for you Susan!  Thanks for always cheering me on and up!
Here is another flower arrangement I put together by using these
little tins I had purchased after Valentine's day for a quarter.  I used
the XL Large Fancy Flower Die for the Big Shot and the new Butterfly
embosslit.  As you can see in the close up I went ahead and also embossed
the flowers with the SU! texture plates.  The stems are bamboo skewers
wrapped in floral tape.   You have to try one of these they are quick
and easy!  I promise!   xoxo

Owl Note for You...

A note for you!  My sweet little 9 year old had her
birthday yesterday and had such a great day!  We
sat down last night to make thank you cards for her
aunties and uncles and she decided we should look
online for some pictures to copy.  She's big into googling
images on the computer.  Soooo we found this cute
owl and decided to copy it onto copy paper and turn
it into our thank you cards!  Once we glued them down
she added SU! pastels to the flowers and glitter to
the owls eyes.  We punched out some of the SU1 flowers
and added them off to the side.  I think they turned out
adorable!  Hope we have inspired you today!  xoxo

Fancy Flower Bouquet

Good Morning!  Here is a fun beautiful project for you this weekend!
I have seen these flower arrangement all over lately also done with
folded paper flower too.  But here is a version with SU! XL Large
Fancy Flower punch.  Here are the supplies you will need:
1- 13' styrofoam ball
2 - 8' styrofoam balls
3 - bamboo skewers
green floral tape
3 - different colored push pins to match your cardstock
a vase
First take your bamboo skewers and cover them with the
floral tape.  Next choose three different colors of cardstock for
your flowers and matching push pins.  Start punching out all
your flowers.  I think I punched 25- 30 for each flower.
Then start laying the flowers on the styrofoam and push
pins into ball and cover entire ball.   When all balls are
covered then put into vase.  I have used a vase I had on
hand and put some floral styrofoam in the bottom so that
I could push the stems into it.  Once arranged you will
cut out leaves or use a punch if you have one and
use the Tombow glue to attach to the stem.
You are now done!  Now get crackalackin  to
make this cute spring bouquet!  xoxo

St Paddy's Hat

Isn't this stinkin cute!  A luck of the blarney stone!  I was
visiting a store yesterday and they were showing these so
they are not my creation.  Totally CASED!  But now you
get to see and made them too!  So the little hat holds two
reese's pb cups.  The sizes that you see are as follows
for creating this little paddy hat.  You need a 2'scallop
punch, a 1 1/4' circle punch a piece of cardstock foir the
hat cut at 1 1/4' x 4 1/4, and for the black trim you will
cut 3/4' x 4 1/4'.   I hand cut the buckle by punching with
a very small square punch and then cutting out around it
to make the small buckle.    So to assemble take the scallop
punch and put two glue dots on the bottom and add the first
pb cup,  then add a glue dot to the top of that one and add your
next one. They both should be stuck to the scallop now.
Take the body of the hat and add sticky strip and wrap it
around the reese's tight but not to tight that you cannot lightly
lift it.  Add the black trim now with adhesive and buckle.
Lastly you will take a glue dot and put it on the top reese and
add the circle punch.  I did trim down my circle just a bit so it
would fit just right.  Now the hat part should just slide up to see
the candies as you see in the photo above.
 Soooooo Cute!  Have Fun!   xoxo

Fancy Favor Purse

Today's post is a cute little purse box made from the
SU! Fancy Favor Box Die.  You will need the die
to make one of these.  As you see in the above
picutre you will cut one out and cut the deckel
edge off the top so it is smooth.  You will need two
3 1/2 x 3 1/2 coasters for each side.  Start by putting together
your box with adhesive.  Then take the coasters and cover
one side with matching cardstock as the box the other
with designer paper.  I have used the cute Sweet Pea
with the birds.  After I attached the paper I went back and
cut out extra clouds and birds for the 3D look and added them
to the paper as well as a sun that I cut out of a 1 1/4' circle
and then drew the yellow sun rays and added the googlie eyes.
I used dimensionals to pop up the birds and clouds.
The ribbon is stitched chocolate chip and cut at 8 1/2' for
both pieces.  Make sure and attach them BEFORE you put
the coasters onto the box/purse.   There you have it!  xoxo
