Cherries, Cherries and more Cherries! Oh My!

Oh how I love cherries! My girlfriend Kirstin over at www.papertreelane.com showed me these bags of cherries you can buy at our local Bartell Drug store and of course I had to go get some and play! I made
up three quick little packages for them. I used the SU! Rockabilly designer series paper. Like most of
you I am trying to use up alot of my designer series paper with the new catalog release around the corner.

Early Evening Flowers

I was out in the yard this evening and had to shoot a
few photos of the bursting colors in the garden. Breathtaking.... xoxo

Cheerful Friendship Purse Instructions

Here is the 12 x 12 I have scored and also written for you the directions.

After done scoring start folding all the score lines....

It should look like this all folded up, then take the two
end together and adhere the with snail and that will
close your purse see final fold below. Hope this helps!

Cheerful Friendship Purse

The sun is shining finally, maybe that's why all the bright colors! Unual for me! This little purse is made with
a whole sheet of 12 x 12 paper. After I folded it up and decorated it I have filled it with 6 3x3 notecards that
spell out friend yet each one is very different as you can see. I have used the new SU! Washington Apple designer paper, the pumpkin pie, so saffron and red riding hood cardstock and ribbon. The stamps sets are
Define your Life, and Typeset Alphabet.
Here are your dimensions for the purse. 12 x 12 designer paper. Score 1 ' , then 4 1/2, then at 8 1/2 and then 11, turn the 12 x 12 to other side and score at 3 1/2 on each side. Then just fold it up and adhere it with sticky strip. I used the slot punch to punch out the holder for the ribbon handles. xoxo

Fabulous Flowers

Today's card is made from the SU! stamp set Fabulous Flowers! The cardstock is made from real red, only orange, and summer sun same with the inks used. I stamped extra flowers in each color, layered them up
and added some chunky glitter. I went to my craft room to find my dazzling diamond glitter only to find
that my 8 year old daughter had "borrowed it" and glittered her entire bedroom! LOL! The pod is empty
and I don't know how I am going to clean up the glittermania in her room! Too funny (somewhat..) xoxo

Just Bee-cause!

Was playing around with my punches last night and came up with this Bee-cause card.
I have used the large oval for the body in so saffron and also black. The head is made with made with the 1 3/4 circle punch and the wings are the small oval punch. I layered
the body and head three times to give it that extra 3-d look I was wanting. The saying
is made with SU! font CD called "Curlz". The cardstock is cranberry, pumpkin pie, so saffron and white. Thanks for buzzing by! xoxo

Once upon a time.....

Once upon a time card made by cutting out the tree trunk and running it though the SU! texture
envelope. The tree top was also hand cut out and attached at the top of the card so that the card
opens at the top. Colors used are pretty in pink, certainly celery, chocolate chip and baja breeze.

Scrappin Again!

Catchin up on some Easter scrappin from 2007! Oh yes you read that right! Way behind!
Get crackin on those pages Ladies! xoxo

Rosettes

Here's some of the rosettes I have made from scrap ribbon. You will cut
any thick ribbon of 1' or more at least 7 ' long. Then thread a needle and start a basting stitch across the ribbon. When at the end of ribbon pull
and gather it altogether into a rose, attach on side to the next with a simple
stitch. Wah la there you have it! I attached the chunky glitter by running
crystal effects around the rosette and then shaking the glitter on it. The center is made with one 1 3/4 punch with a rub on in the middle. I am sure
you all with come up with some incrediable ideas! xoxo

Bella Rose Box

This sweet box duo is made from boxes found at the dollar tree that I covered in the Bella Rose designer paper. The rosette on the front is made
from ribbon, check below for the how to's on the rosette, even if you are not a sewer you can do this, I promise! xoxo

Well ladies it is National Scrapbooking Month and as you can see I am 2 years behind my scrapbooking and am showcasing Halloween in May! LOL! I do love this Halloween in particular, I went as Lindsay Lohan fresh out of rehab and my husband was the TMZ
