Holiday Sweetness

Helloooooo!  the last two days have been packed full of holiday fun!   I sure hope you all had a festive Thanksgiving.  

I had promised you some more of the samples from our On Stage event.  I wish I could give credit to who made which cards but I don't have their names! Beautiful cards!

We visited our favorite local Molbak's for holiday pictures this week.  They had these cute little trees that I had my girls use as props for pics.  So cute!

Here they are with their Dad- sweet cuddles.

And me and my girlies...... blonde, brunette and red head!  who would have quessed, one of each!

Getting ready for the big Thanksgiving day around here.  I always love to have a little something at the place settings for Thanksgiving.   This year I bought these yummy Sanders salted caramels from Costco and bagged them up.  I stamped a few

little pennant flags \with grateful for them on them.  They look good on  the table for our guests!  and are soooo ymmy!

I used the stamp set Acorny Thank you and some of the Linen Thread and our cello bags to package these sweet treats.

Thanksgiving Decor

Getting things ready around here for Thanksgiving day.  T-minus one week and the whole crew will be here as I take the place of host for the past 20 years since my Mom's passing.  Miss so much of her daily, but know she's right where she's suppose to be, right in my heart helping me to prepare the her recipes and making sure to carry on those special traditions with my family and extended family.   She always decorated for the holidays, something I obviously picked up from her ingenious creativity.   Here are a few picks of the things I put together around the house for the Thanksgiving.  I love to use chalkboards and things that I have just around the house to make up the vignettes.

On Stage Samples

Well..... its been a crazy last few days with out power! 

We just got our power back on a couple hours ago. 

A big wind storm came through and knocked it out around 2pm.

So grateful to have heat and lights again.

On Stage Vancouver

What a fun  weekend!  Our first ever On Stage proved to be a fun time!   Here we are friday night at Center Stage for Leadership celebration.  Dinner, leadership talk, friends and fun!

Saturday morning On Stage, over 400 people at the Vancouver venue.  Mind you it was held at various states and countries worldwide at the exact same time.  It was all live streamed, we had over 5,000 demonstrators attending worldwide.

On Stage

On Stage here I come!  

I am literally heading out the door shortly for Vancouver, Wa for our first ever On Stage with Stampin Up!  Such excitement in the air as I prepare. So many changes and yet, it's ok!  I have no idea what to expect but cannot wait to share with you when I return.  I do know it will be similar to our conventions that we have celebrated in the past focusing on each other's accomplishments.

 But,  this is our FIRST ever On Stage!  Exciting!

The card I'm sharing is for my application for the Artisan Design Team.  I was asked to create something that they could display to show who has applied for the position.  They will be announcing the 2016/2017 team at On Stage.

Winter Wishes

As a young girl I spent many hours on the ice at the local rink.  It brought me sheer joy skating, I miss those days.  Of the the most memorable time skating was a trip to Wyoming where their local lake had frozen over and I got to take out my skates and just be free.   Something about a pair of ice skates just tugs at my heart in a happy way.   

With my love of vintage vibes I created this card with the thoughts of my ice skating days swirling  in my mind.
