Large Paper flowers

Channelimg my inner Becky Roberts with these large paper flowers!
She showed these gorgeous babies at one of her events and has shown us how to make them.
Thank you girl for taking the time to post a video on them.
You continue to motivate others to create!

You can see how large they are by the size of them next to my hand.

Thank you Becky for sharing your talents with us!
You can see her video here.....

Mini Pallet

Here's another sweet idea for another use for the mini pallet I showed last friday.
I haven't posted this past week as I had my parents staying with me and was trying to stay focused on the moment.
But here goes......

I used the mini coffee cups and filled them with silver chocolate kisses and decorated the outside of them with our new designer series paper called Floral Boutique. Beautiful navy and white paper.
All packaged up ready to give that sweet teacher!!

Here are the directions for the mini pallet

Start with 14 popsicle sticks, cut the ends off so that each stick
measures 4".

Laying two of them horizontally on your surface.  Take a glue gun and add glue to the first three sticks and align them vertically as you see in the picture.

Now turn the pallet over and add four more, two in the center and one on each side.

Turn the pallet over again and add the remaining 7 sticks to the front of the pallet.

Here's what it should look like,
of course I had to distress mine.
Take a little sponge brush and some dark brown acrylic paint and lightly brush strokes of brown across the wood.

Keep and eye out for more ideas that I use this mini little pallet for!

Back to School

Are you ready for Back to School?!
Me neither!
But what a fun way to start the first day off with a fresh apple and a little love to your new teacher.
It's pouring down rain here today and what a fun way to pass the rain away with this fun project for you to do or to do with your littles.

Hello Lovely

Hello Lovelies!
This is the new Hello Lovely Project Life Card Collection
I love to take our products and use them in other ways and ideas.
The pack includes 100 (yes! 100 cards) that come 2 of each of 50 double sided beautiful designs in three sizes
3" x 4" , 4" x  4" and 4" x 6' cards.
I used the 4" x  4" cards.  Some of the cards are already have the sentiments on them, some don't so I used the new Layered Love stamp set to add some sweet sentiments to the front of the cards.
