White Carnation

Good Morning!  another bright and cheery card for the day,  I needed a quick Thank You card so here it is!
The flower is a white carnation made with the Blossoms punch,  you punch out 4 flowers and put them together with a brad then take your paper snips and cut up at the indents of the flower all the way around them, then scrunch the petals to center where the brad is.  I added a yellow button over the top of the brad from the Bold Bright button collection.

Summer Smooches

Summer Smooches is just so bright and cherry don't you think! The Summer Smooches DSP is sooo colorful!  I ran it through the Big Shot Square Lattice embossing folder to give it that quilted paper effect.  The pacific point blue flower is just punched out of the 1 1/4' circle punch with a Summer Smooches brad added to the center to match the paper.   The big bold yellow flower is the Blossoms punch.  I stamped it with the coordinating stamp set Mixed  Bunch.  I added the 3/4' cicle punc in red to the right corner to add a little more 3D effect.

Nature's Walk

Well geez!  a whole week has gone by and I have not posted!  It was our Spring Break here in Washington so off to Arizona we went to visit my sister and Dad who just is in the process of moving there.  We had a great week of visiting and going all over the Scottsdale area to fun resturants and colleges.   The pictures below are of one of the resorts we went to, The Montelucia Resort and Spa..  For all my Arizona followers, what an incrediable place,!, you have to go visit and see it.  They have outdoor movies you can watch in their pool as well as concerts there too!  I could have lived there!  I loved the grounds so I posted the few pictures of it.  The pool was incrediable too.  Hated to say goodbye to my Sister, Brother in Law and my sweet little Nephew, I sure miss being around them, but we are back to Washington now, FREEZIMG!  Ha!

2012 Retired Stamps List

It's here!  The retired Stamp list for 2012!
Hundreds of stamps and accessories from the 2011-2012 catalogs are retiring, and this is your chance to get them before they're gone. Many products are only available while supplies last, so be sure to get your orders in early!
When you view the retiring stamps list, you may notice it's longer than in years past. During this transition to the new annual catalog, there are a higher number of stamps being refreshed and replaced than usual. While many stamps are going away, most are being replaced so that the breadth of our stamp lines is every bit as broad as ever!

You can view the retired stamp list  HERE

Easter Arrangement

Good Morning!  A little bit of stamping today combined with some crafting.   This is an Easter arrangement I made for a friend.  I went to our local grocery store and found Wheatgrass complete in little boxes so I picked one up and added burlap around the base and tied it with twinnings, added some plastic eggs to the center, (you could use real ones) and stamped a woodgrain like sign to put in the grass.  So cute and inexspensive!

Here;s a view from the top, the grass is so lush and green, something that's still missing around here!  SPRING!
