Fall Framed printable

I showed you a few posts back how to pick up a canvas
at the Dollar Tree and remove the canvas so you can stain the frame.
Here is one of the frames stained.
One thing I loved to find is free printables online and this one
is so cute!
You can find it HERE

I chose the 8 x 10" print
I cut a piece of tag board to glue the print to and then used a glue gun to glue the print to the wood frame.

Here it is all done,
how cute is this!
Be sure to pick your size of your print to fit your frame.
Hope you give this a try!

Country Home

More country home coming your way in the colors of (gasp!)
fall!
I couldn't resist this paper and the gorgeous colors, it reminds me of fall and since all the leaves around here are falling and making me think of fall I had to do it!
Thank me later when your looking for a fall card to make

I added just a little bit of the blue behind the stamped
images to pick up the blue in the card.
Anyone else love fall as much as me?

Country Home

Our weather here the last few days have been anything but summer, flash flooding, down pours, hail, thunder and lightening.
Not feeling very summer like, more like fall.
I spent some much needed time in the yard trimming.  At our new house is a pear tree that has been seriously neglected.
I was very careful to trim just a little bit of it, as you are only suppose to trim them in the fall.
But to get it back to health I needed to trim just a little
bit.
This card was inspired by my new pear tree.
Although it's a peach card I was thinking fruit!

I used the stamp set called Country Home, it's one of
my favs.  I just used the colors in the background paper
to color in the images stamped.
It looks very fall to me~

Rooted in Nature

Just a little nature card for you today.
Feeling a little "rooted in nature" these days and this
card is made with the stamps in the set called
Rooted in Nature.

These days I am super drawn to neutral organic colors.
I used gray granite ink and mossy meadow to create the
colors scheme. The center piece of green is a pistachio pudding green cardstock

I stamped separately the leaves then cut them out and popped them up with dimensionals.
There is a lot of layering here but in a good easy way.

Below is the beautiful
Rooted in Nature set
So many possibilites

Country Home

Country home returns!
I haven't gotten this gem of a stamp set out in quite some time.
This set is so fresh!  I love it's simplicity.

The way I was able to make the black/white checked
background was to use two sheets of our Vellum stripped paper
and just layered it on top of each other
to make the buffalo plaid look.
The rest is simply stamping and then cutting out the flowers and watering vase.  Super easy!
I hope you are inspired you to create something
today!

Sheltering Tree

Let's fall in love with fall!
All the colors, the feels, the chills and comfy sweaters and boots!

This card is made by using the Woodland embossing folder, first you take the leaves stamp from the Sheltering Tree stamp set and starting with one color at a time you will stamp the leave right on the embossing folder.  Yes, I said right on the plastic folder.  Use the side that has the writing on it.  Stamp each color of leaves.
I used Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight.
Once done carefully lay a piece of whisper white cardstock on top of the image and fold the folder over and run it through the Big Shot.  It is like magic!  The reverse image of the trees will remain white and the leaves will be behind the trees.
So fun!
Use a brown marker to draw in the brown  lines on the birch trees,

I used the "you warm my heart" from the Sheltering Tree set and stapled it to the card front before I put the card together.

Fall Birch Candles

Looking for a fall craft to whip up this weekend? Here's a quick and easy one for you.  Fall Birch Candles!
I used some glass jars I had around the house and wrapped them with our new Birch paper that is in the new Thankful Tablescape kit  (see below)

I used the linen thread to wrap around the paper, then added the Autumn Accent Leaves for the Big Shot.  I put the leaves in our embossing folders, both the Woodgrain and the Square Lattice to give it texture.  Just glue gun them right on the jar.

Here they are up close so you can see the textures.

Attach your birch paper with Tombow multi purpose glue

Here is the Thankful tablescape and some other uses for it.  It has soooo much in the kit.
It also comes the the NEW! white stampin chalk marker that I have shown in past posts.
This kit can be used for Fall or Thanksgiving creations....
