Dollar Tree wooden carrots

Hello friends!

I picked up these wooden carrots at the Dollar tree,

you get 10 for $1.25

I pulled out some sponge brushes, paint, modge podge.

The paint color is Artichoke Heart Green 

Start by painting the stems of the carrots with your paint.

I painted both sides. Take your modge podge and sponge brush and

 lightly brush some of the modge podge onto the wood and add a little square of the napkin to the carrot.  Rub it into the carrot and let dry.

Once dry, cut away the excess napkin. 

Aren't they cute?

The jute string comes with the carrots so I just added them to the 

carrots.  You could add some ribbon in place of the jute. 

I cut out and stamped these little tags that I added to the carrots.

I am going to use these to add to some cellophane wrapped Easter baskets.  You could add them to a bottle or gift as well. 

So fun and cute!
