in the field. 

This paper is just too good, you really

don't have to do much it to make your card pop.

I stamped the pumpkin in basic beige and cut it out

and slap it on the card, there you go!

Are you ready for the weekend?  

It's suppose to be fall like weather here today and tomorrow which feels like you get a pass to craft all day right?  Ha~

Buuuut,  I did have to get out the gorgeous "beautiful gallery" dsp paper again and make another ghostie card for you. 

This doesn't get any easier to make,

pick one of the pieces of scenery paper, 

layer it up with cardstock and cut a cute ghostie

out of white paper and attach it where ever 

you think he should fly! 

I chose the chimmeny on this card.

Loving this paper for Halloween this year~ 

Dahlia Class

Yesterday was a fun filled day of learning all about Dahlia planting.

I hosted a fundraiser for Flourish ministries.

We had a group of lovely ladies sign up to come over and learn how to plant, grow and care for a dahlia garden. 

Lisa and her mom Georgia came to teach the class.

Georgia brought buckets of her gorgeous

dahlia's for the ladies to see all the varieties and textures

of the different types of dahlia's you can choose from.

She herself has over 80 dahlia plants in her garden.

To top of the class we took a "field trip" next door to my neighbor's who is an amazing gardener.  She has an impressive dahlia garden boasting over 850 dahlia plants, yes, you read that right! 

The ladies were able to go over and walk thru her garden and saw first hand sooo many different types of dahlia's.

We all had such a great time despite the 98 degree weather we were in!

                 

Beautiful Gallery ghost returns

Hello!

Back with the beautiful gallery again. 

The image on the paper looks so spooky, 

so I decided to stamp some bats and add the little ghost.

Super simple and VERY Halloweenish. 

He's making his way around town!

I sure am having fun using this new paper for 

a different twist on Halloween cards this season.

So "spook"-tacular! 

Beauty Gallery Ghost

Muuuuwaaaaahhh!

Time for a little boo haa haa!

I shared with you this new gorgeous dsp paper

a week or so ago.

As I looked at it, it reminded me of a lot of the 

ghost pictures that were so popular last halloween.

I hand drew a little ghostie and cut him out

to place on top of the pretty paper of the field.

Turned out so cute!

Party Celebrations

Back with the ever popular stampin up! Party Celebrations

Had to crack out the bow again, it also has this ribbon

stamp in the set so I thought it would be fun to decorate some

envelopes. 

For each envelope I stamped the ribbon first then

added the bow to each pre stamped ribbon.

Each one is a little different and so cute that you 

can still address the envelope.

If you are going to be mailing them I wouldn't suggest

adding the bow on top, you will just stamp it alone.

And while you're at it,  add some glitter to your bow!
