Masking card

Happy sunday!

How about a quick easy card this sunday morning?

I've used the basic beige cardstock and the night of navy ink. 

Fold your cardstock in half and using a post it note,

cut in half and center it on the card. 

Using a floral stamp set, any will do, start to stamp around the post it note which will create a box that will enable you to stamp your greeting within the box. 

How easy and pretty is this?

Now stamp the greeting inside the box. 

So easy! 

Wedding details

What a special weekend!

It was our girl Shelby's and Matt's wedding day!

While we wait for the wedding photos, here

are a few of the details of the tablescape we created.

The above photo of her was right before heading down

to say "I do" to her man. 

friends of mine Lisa and Laura were the creatives

behind making the flowers on the table come to life.

They were incredible to say the least!

We had envisioned a serpentine table and it with

a lot of help we were able to set it up. 

The taupe tablecloths were a new color that you don't typically see

at weddings, but since we were going with a fall wedding,

they looked great.

So thankful for the many hands and feet that is took

to pull this wedding off at our home.

It was a HUGE undertaking, but we did it!

Thank you for all that shared their gifts and helped out in soooo many ways.  We are so thankful! 

Halloween tattoo candles

How fun is this?

Look at these cute temporary tattoos that I rubbed onto 

candles for some spooky fun! 

This couldn't get any easier,

Just buy some halloween temporary tattoos

to transfer to. 

Look at how cute they turned out~

Start by cutting out your image,

      

Hold it in place while you take a dampen a sponge to 

transfer the images.

wait just a minute to remove,  There you can see how cute it is!

You can also choose a fall theme too.

Wedding bliss

It's wedding day!

We had another wedding in the house!

Last year our youngest was married in June and this summer

it's our oldest marrying her love.

It will be an amazing day of celebration and love!

We cannot wait for these to be married!

Spooky Sweet

Spooky sweet is back again and looking so fun and pinky with the whole "summerween" vibe.

If you missed it,  this summer was the summer of "summerween"

a new take on the show "Gravity Falls" where June 22nd is hailed as

"summersween". It's where the residents of Gravity Falls love halloween so much that they celebrate it twice a year.

It now has become a thing that people are celebraing halloween

all summer decorating in pinks and yellow and images that are

whimsical.  

I personally prefer the traditional Halloween colors and

decor.  What do you think?

Getting out the spooky sweet dsp paper this weekend.

I know, I know,  early Halloween, BUT, when your sharing seasonal ideas, you have to get a jump start on them.

I've shared this paper in the last past month.  What's so great about it is it has regular printed paper and then there are also sheets of cutouts just as you see in the picture.  This cute cauldron and broom.  I added some glitter to the cauldron and a bat off to the side.

The greeting is a retired stamp set that I could never get rid of.

It fits perfectly with this card.  I you don't own it, you can use any halloween greeting stamp you have.
