I am back from my family trip to Disneyland,  what an incrediable 4 days we had!  Hard to come back home to 40 degree weather compared to the 80's we were in.   I thought I would share over the next few days the cards from our recent GoDiva's Occassion mini swap.  This is an incrediably talented group of women.  You are going to love what I have to show you!   I'll post more tomorrow as there are 30+ gals in our group

A sunny warm hello from Anaheim!  We are taking a little family time in Disneyland.  Great day of a lot of walking 80 degree weather, lots of sampling of some really yummy unhealthy food!  and just plain fun~

Valentine- Fancy Favor box

Today's project is a cute little Valentine box made with the Fancy Favor Big shot die.

Ingredients:

Cardstock:  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, New DSP Twitterpatted

Ink: Basic Black

Stamp Sets: PS I Love you and Take it to Heart

Accessories: Dazzling Diamonds, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Heart Framelit Die, Designer Rosette Die

The handle is 1' wide where the Cherry Cobler is and then I added the Scallop Trim Border to the edges.

I hand cut the little banner with the saying on it.

Valentine card- Up in the Air

Today's card is made with the new Occassion Mini Hostess stamp set - Up in the Air

Such a sweet set.

Ingredients:

Cardstock- Real Red, Old Oive, Whishper White, Chocolate Chip, Red Glimmer paper

Ink:  Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Real Red

Stamp Set- Up in the Air

Accessorries:  3 Heart Punch, Old Olive Stampin Pastel and Chocolate Chip pastel

Sweetheart Valentine

I made these cute little Valentines for the girls,  I found the Sweetheart chapstick at the Dollar Tree, now I hesitate saying this as many of you are not findings the things I post, but really I did just find these there! I promise!

Anyways,  I have used the new Framelits Die which I love and think are so easy to use! 

Here's what I used:

Cardstock: So Saffron, Pretty In Pink, Very Vanilla, Glimmer Paper

Ink: Basic Black

Stamp Sets: PS. I Love You

Accessories: Pretty In Pink, 1 3/8 circle punch, 1 1/4 circle punch, Finial Press Textured Folder

I just LOVE this!  when I saw it, it made me giggle. I leave unfinished projects all over all the time! Hope the Hubs feels the same way as Ryan! 

Valentine Framelits Card

Today's card is made with the new Framelits from SU!   Framelits are used with the Big Shot Machine and enable you to put the image anywhere on your card or cut it out separtely.

Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Real Red, Red Glimmer paper

Accessories:  Heart Collection Framelits, Label Collection Framelits,Textured Impression  folder- Adorning Accents (Hearts)

Double Dutch Fold Valentine Card

Here's a fun new card technique to try.  It's called a Double Dutch Fold card.  You can find the directions here.

Valentine Cookie/Treat Bags

Cute Cute Cute Valentine cookie or candy treat bags and sooo easy to make!  If you have not seen the new Occassions Mini Catalog then you are missing out.  The beautiful doilies are made by using the new Sizzlits Large Paper Doily.  The one in the center I used vellum paper and the outer two I used whisper white cardstock.  The hearts are cut out with the also new Hearts Collection framelits.  I cannot get enough of these!  I have got to get out some news colors,  I keep creating with the Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White,  are you getting bored yet?    The products used are below, you can view the Occassion Mini to the right of my blog as well as ordering.

Valentine Nail Files

Found these cute Valentine nail files at Target in the dollar area, you get 6.

I used the new Framelit Heart Die that is in the Occassions Mini catalog.  It is a great tool as you can place the hearts anywhere on your card to cut it out.  It is used in conjunction with the Big Shot.   I cut the hearts on the fold so that I could easily fold them over the cello bag and decorate them.

GoDiva's Occassion Mini Swap

Here's a my swap from my GoDiva's Occassion Mini  swap group, the card is made with the new stamp set from the Occassion Mini  Catalog " Take it to Heart"  and our new tesxtured embosslit edge folders called Adorning Accents.   The center heart is made by using the new Framelit Hearts that are used with  the Big Shot and cuts out hearts anywhere on the card.

Birthday Card

Good Morning all!  Been a bit absent over the holidays spending time with family and friends ready to get back to
focusing on creating!  I made this card today for a friend of mine who's birthday is approaching.  The design is right from our Sale a bration catalog that is starting soon (January 24th!)  Tomorrow is the unveiling of the new Occassion Mini catalog with all the Valentine and Spring stamp sets and accessories so stay tuned so that you can drool and order all your favorites.
