Birthday Wishes

I had this leftover piece of cardstock from last week's card creations and wondered what to do with it.

What a great weekend!  Seahawks are headed to the Super Bowl!

Woooo hooooo!  such excitement in the air here!  I'd say we took the GOLD~  trending now is anything silver but mostly GOLD.  I merged the two together to create this card

Gummy Hearts

Hi all!  getting ready for some classes and downline meeting.  I love to have little treats made for everyone when they come. I found these cute gummy hearts at the Dollar Tree,  28 in a package!  woohoo!  Brought them home and decided to put a little banner on them.   I embossed white powder onto black cardstock to make these then added a small punched out red glimmer heart.  Stapled it to the package and there you have it!  Quick, easy and cute!

Changing things up a bit,  how do you like the new look?  Love your feedback!

Heart You

Such a fun weekend watching the Seahawks move into the championships!   Go Hawks!

Was able to get a little stamping in and come up with this masculine valentine card to share with you.

The banner is so easy to make now that the new Banners framelits are available.  They come in 6 different sizes.  Once cut out I then used the Heart framelits to punch the heart.  I used white embossing powder for the stamp.

Make a Wish

Friday is already here,  hard to believe we are into the 10th day of the new year!  I will be getting back into making my Fabulous Five collection soon.  So check back for some new stamp sets I will show you.   I just LOVE our new Chevron border punch.

White washed fence

This card makes me think of a white washed fence.  This new stamp, Hardwood, is a large background stamp.  So easy to use, ink it up and stamp away!  I used our heart framelits to punch out the heart.  The nice thing about the framelits is that you can place your image anywhere on the paper to punch it out.  The framelits work together with the Big Shot system.

Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Real Red
Accessories: Heart Framelits, Essential wood elements, cherry cobbler baker's twine, sponge daubers.
Ink: Crumb Cake
Stamp set: Love you to the Moon

I used the new Essential Wood elements again on this card,  I took the arrow and just cut it in half with scissors, our paper snips work great for this.   The take the crumb cake in and sponge dauber and shade around the edges.

Watercolor Wonder

Have you had a chance to take a look at the NEW! Occasions Catalog?  it has some incredible color combos for spring stamping.

One of my new favs is the Watercolor Wonder designer series paper that you see here in the photo.   I made the card and also used the envelope framelit for the big shot to cut out the envelope insert.  

I used the new! Banner framelits to make the banner you see here.  I stamped all over the banner with the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and the Wild Wasabi and Island Indigo ink pads.

These are our Tag a Box treat boxes that I filled with my fav Honolulu Cookies from Hawaii to give to someone special.

On the top of the box I cut a piece of the Watercolor Wonder paper to slide right underneath the plastic.  I decorated it with our doilies and made a flower by using the Fun Flowers Die that I cut from the them out of our Crepe Filtered paper, then  brayering them with the Island Indigo ink.
