Easter Decor

Happy monday!
Hope you all had a great weekend, I finally got out some of my
Easter decor and put them around the house.

I printed out this cute lil chicky and added it to a frame.
You can find many free printables online, use a frame you have on hand to display it.

These dried hydrangea's are from my yard and this cute
lil' bunny I found at Ross.

Here's another cute picture of a lamb I found online
to print out.  I added it a frame and put in on my mantle.

These little guys I have had for years, you might
remember seeing them in past Easter posts.
The frame with the eggs nest we made at one of my classes
years ago.

I added this lil guy this year, found him at Michael's,
he reminds me of Peter Rabbit.

And last but not least this picture of Jesus carrying the little lamb.
Looking forward to celebrating Easter, how about you?

Easter Basket

So I purchased some of those small peat cups,
you can find them at any garden center or of course
my favorite place, the dollar tree.

Grab your scissors and fold the cup in half
and cut over the top of the rim.

Like you see above, now fold it the opposite way and you
have a little heart shape basket.

You can't see the wire really well in the pic
below, but get some wire and punch a hole on each side of the
little basket.  Add the wire and twist it.

I bought the chocolate Lindt bunnies to
add to the basket. Add some ribbon
and there you, a little favor for your Easter table.

Busy Bee

Happy monday!
I've been busy as a bee over here making theses cute bee cards to package up and put into these fabric baskets I sewed up about a year ago.  I used up some of the left over paper I had on hand to use up.

Here's a few of the cards I made up.....

I packaged up the cards and put them into the
fabric basket.

Dollar Tree Easter basket

Back with a sweet little basket idea for you to make for friends,
co-workers, favors for your table, etc.
I found most these items at the dollar tree.
The little basket with white rim, the carrot, the little terra cotta
pot and moss bunny, the sign and the spanish moss as well as the checked orange wooden carrot.  The plastic "chocolate bunny"
was found at Hobby Lobby.

I arranged each piece in the basket and added some jelly beans.
The terra cotta pot I put together.  I stuffed a little bit of white tissue
paper into the pot then added the spanish moss and glued the moss
bunny on top.  I embossed the "god is love" on the sign and added it to the pot.

I also picked up a roll of cellophane to wrap the basket in.
Added the carrot tag and tied with some ribbon.
What do you think?

Easter domes

Happy monday!
Getting geared up for some Easter ideas over here.
I purchased a bunch of these plastic domes
for chaurcuturie domes for halloween and had some
left over.

I am planning on using them for my Easter table
for favors.  I will add them to our plates
as I did here. so sweet and cute.

Purchase some of the very small Lindt chocolate bunny rabbits
and add a small glue dot to the bottom of the dome.
Set the rabbit right on top.

add some green grass and little Easter eggs,
put the dome lid on and there you have it.
Little favors for your Easter table.
You can find the domes here

Paper Pumpkin Hello spring

Sharing today's spring paper pumpkin called "Hello Spring"
A monthly subscription where you receive a kit filled with
cards all ready for you to assemble.
It includes everything you need to make the cards except scissors!

There are three different styles of cards,
all of them have herbs on them.
This one gives more of a tropical vibe to me....

Then there is this one that looks more neutral but with the same herbs.

Very simple....

And this light blue one, nice and subtle,
with the herbs.
All there are nice and ready to assemble.
These kits are great if you are looking for the ease of
just putting together cards and don't want to have to
worry about figuring out how to come up with a design.
It's all figured out for you.
