Let summer begin! the heat just keeps rising here in Washington!  we are expected to be in the mid 90's all this week as I begin my travels to Utah on wednesday for convention!   

How about making some cute summer ice cream sandwich boxes?  

Thought they might cool you off!

More Fry boxes

Here's some more fry boxes for kiddos birthday treats.  I morphed up Elmo and Cookie Monster for these boxes.  Same technique as the Country cowboy one I made by punching out the mouths.

Fry Boxes

I'm having fun using the new Fry Box die for the Big shot.  In the next few days I will show you a few different ones I have been making.  

This one I used the oval punch to make the little window look like a mouth! wrapped inside a cello bag are some yummy  Reese's pieces.  The mustache is from our new framelit mustache die.

I punched out the fry box and stamped it with the stamp Hardwood.

The wood word bubble is from the wood essential elements and stamped with stamps from A fitting occasion set.

This one is made by running your cardstock through the big shot using the new embossing folder  Lovely Lace.  The flower is made by using our new polka dot tag a bags that I ran through the Spiral Flower die and punched the leaves out with the Mosaic punch

Hello, my friend

Cute little sour cream containers hold a sweet treat for my downline meeting.   These little babies are too easy to make!  I used our brand new Flashback designer series paper to make these.

Here's how to make the sour cream container: 

start by cutting a piece of paper at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"

put adhesive on the top of the paper (the long way)

and roll into a roll that looks like at toilet paper roll

take glue dots and put them on the inside of each end of the roll

and push one side together, then add your treats and push the other side together.  It should look like the photo below. Now embellish!
