Time to make my bff in spokane a burf-day card!
I saw this card made on Pinterest and thought it was so adorable.
I changed it up just a bit but thought is was so cute.
I used baja breeze ink and the small blending brush
to create the backgroud.
The owl is stamped and watercolored with the water painter.
