Resurrection Rolls

These are hollow dinner rolls that are to represent Jesus' empty tomb.  They are alot of fun to make for the Easter week just to eat or accompany your Easter dinner.  The are super ~YUMO!~  and the kids get a kick out of making them.
Here's what you need:
Bag of frozen Rhodes rolls
large marshmellows
cinnamon and sugar mixed together
1 /4 c of butter (melted)

Start by putting the frozen rolls on a greased cookie sheet, let thaw about 1 hr.

Once thawed, flatted by hand, add one large marshmellow to each roll and wrap around the the roll, making sure to pinch the bottom before returning to the cookie sheet.  LET RISE FOR 1 HR.  Next:  melt butter 1/4 c of butter and put in dish, now roll the rolls one by one in butter then in the cinnamon and sugar mix.  Once you have rolled them in the cinnamon sugar mix then return to the greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees.   Cool on a wire rack.   And eat! and let me tell you, you won't stop eating these so make sure you make a large batch!  Enjoy!  and happy Easter! xoxo
