Christmas Wish List/Coupon holder

I made these "wish list/coupon holder" for my stamp camp guest this week.
It is made with an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock.  Take your 8 1/2 x 11 and cut it to 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 ,  score at 2 and 2 1/2 then at 6 1/2 and 6 3/4  fold up, the pouch goes on the left side of the holder for lists, coupons of notes. Now decorate to your hearts desire.

You can also use these for great Teacher and friend gifts, put gift certificates in them or gift cards.
Inside on the right hand I have attached these cute vintage santa notepads that I found at,  yes you guessed it!  Target dollar spot!  I adhered them with our Real Red Glimmer brads.
