Camano Island retreat

It was a beautiful weekend on Camano Island.

It was a fun filled weekend with lots of laugher, food and creating. We had guest Stephanie Ackerman as our

creative talent!

The table was all ready for us when we arrived with cute bracelets made by Lovesquareddesigns and of course, Stephanie's cute felt hearts scattered all over.

One of the many things she teaches is stitching and how relaxing it is to just sit and stitch.   She laid piles of material on the table and what she teaches is to just grab and started putting it together.

 I had found an old vintage looking kerchief on the table and decided to just start adding to it.   Love how it turned out!

Look at the crazy creative mess we managed to make on the table!

Being that we were so close to the beach we made these super large drift wood hearts.  How amazing did these turn out.  

Here's the process as I was piecing all the drift wood together.
