Paper Scrolls

Friday was my creative class,

we made these beautiful paper scrolls.

I was given the rolls from a friend who had purchased them from Michaels.  We put them together by using heavy jute that I ran through the roll of paper, tied off in a knot and rolled the knot to the center of the roll. 

  At the bottom is a dowel that I purchased from Home Depot.  

 We used a permanent glue to attach the dowel to the roll of paper.  

This one is mine, giving you a few angles to view it from.

These are just a few of 15 that were created.  I'd say they each did an amazing job!  Love each of these quotes.
