Flowering Rain Boots

Here we go with another spring stunner!

The background to the card stock is paper

from the new Paper Pumpkin which I will be posting

in a few days.

The background paper is called "In Good Taste"

It's very realistic looking "spackle" effect. 

I stamped the watering can, the leaves,

and tulips all separately then fussy cut 

them out to be popped up on the card. 

To shade the bottom of the watering can use

a blending pen or a aqua painter to apply the ink,

I used Crumb Cake.
