Spooky Dinner

Sharing a little peek into our spooky dinner for Halloween
I have had this tradition going for YEARS!  Even before
my kiddos were born, so the tradition continues!
I've always decorated the table complete with dry ice.

I served these mozzarella ghosts, cucumber skeletons and tomatoes
for our salads.   Below, super easy halloween dessert, brownies with  edible googlie eyes.

This was the main dish,  Creeper Peeper pasta pie,
made by boiling up some rigatoni noodles that you lay along
the sides of a springfoam pan, once all layered add your favorite
homemade or jar sauce making sure you get the sauce into the holes of the pasta. I used two jars of sauce.  Once all the sauce it on top bake at 350 for 15 mins, take out of oven and add mozzarella eyeballs that you will cut out from a mozzarella log and add a sliced olive on top.
Send it back to the oven for 15 minutes and then let cool before
you take out of the pan.

This is what it will look like as you are building it in the pan,
it looks like it would take long but it doesn't.

All done.  Now pour the sauce over it using a spatula
to spread it into the tubes of pasta.

All covered in pasta sauce, now bake for 15 mins.

Tablesetting,  the cute little chocolate with the ghosts
were at See's candies.

BOO!  I know! Super scary looking!
Hope you had a fun halloween!
