Christmas Ornaments

How about some easy diy christmas ornaments to try?
These cute scenery stamps are from a stamp set called Happy Scenes.  Now, if you don't have this retired beauty you can easily use any other stamp you have in your collection.

This is how is starts off.  You need to purchase plastic ornaments that snap together.   I found mine at Michael's in with all the clear glass ornaments.  They run around .89 cents each for one which will make two.  The size I purchased required me to punch out a 2" circle of white cardstock.  Stamp your image on the circle and add color according to your design.
Use a scallop punch or scallop framelit to cut the outer circle for the ornament.

Once your design is colored in adhere the white cardstock to the scalloped cardstock.  Now add just a little bit of snowflakes inside of the half ornament.   Adding some glue to the outer part of the ornament carefully add the backing to the the ornament and let dry.
Add some ribbon or baker's twine to the top to hang.

How sweet are these!
