It's no secret we love halloween over here!
We had a fun weekend putting together a fun
dinner for my daughter Shae and her friends.
They carved pumpkins, made pumpkin spice espresso martini's
(yes, they are 21 now!)
and delicious food!

Pumpkin spice espresso martini's
We made this halloween charcuterie board complete with pumpkin
hummus and mini eyeballs, carrots cut into pumpkins.
We cut a pumpkin into a brie round and added fig jam
in the center.
It was so much fun to put together, you can add just about anything you like to make it look halloweenish.
We also picked up at Trader Joe's the pumpkin spice
cinnamon rolls in a can. We unrolled them and shaped them
into ghosts then baked them.
After they came out of the oven we put the icing on it and the cute little eye balls.
Annndddd.....
this is what happened after I went to bed,
all 8 of them carved pumpkins and one
ended up with her's on her head!
